Our philosophy is simple: good design should feel honest, quietly beautiful, and truly reflective of the people who use it. Whether we're shaping a seaside sanctuary, a bespoke interior, or an urban space, we approach every project with intention and heart, keeping the process simple and personal.
BIO / APS
Our backgrounds are woven across continents. Having earned our Masters in Architecture and Urban Design overseas, we honed our craft designing across Europe and Asia, with experience spanning the vibrant worlds of Singapore, Japan, and China, as well as the unique luxury of Bali and the Maldives.
Since 2012, however, we have been deeply rooted here in Aotearoa, where we've been shaping projects that celebrate the duality of the New Zealand landscape. We move easily between the mountains and the ocean, the hills and the flats, designing everything from high-end homes etched into the Bank Peninsula hillsides and the Coromandel coast, to hotels in Queenstown, and holiday homes in the Southern Alps. This allows us to bring a globally informed perspective to the most intimate interiors and complex apartments across the North and South Islands.
Our broad experience includes everything from high-end residential and hotels to complex apartments, healthcare facilities, and important community projects like the revitalization work in Christchurch's New Brighton.
Our partnership is built on a quiet kind of fate. We met in 2022 and quickly realized the unexpected alignment of our lives: we live across the street from each other, our children are almost the same age, and we even shared colleagues back in Singapore. This immediate synergy felt like a sign.
And in 2025, we officially opened our studio— the realization of this perfect symmetry—a dedicated space for personal, simple, and meaningful design.
